Are you accepting new clients?
I’m currently accepting new clients, especially clients looking for art!
Are masks required?
Masks are currently not required in the salon, but I always have them available if you would like to wear one and forget it.
Do you offer sensory friendly appointments?
I do! I have limited spots open on Sundays, which no one else is in the salon. Please feel free to request softer music or minimal talking. If you don’t mind others there, Monday-Wednesday are also ideal days as there is only one other stylist in with me.
Where are you located? What is parking like?
I am located at 1314A Esquimalt road, working out of Vamp Salon. We are on the 15 and 26 bus route, with the bus stop just outside of Red Barn Market, and steps from our door. There are two parking spots around the back of the studio, as well as free street parking located right out front. If none of those spots are available, there is parking down Constance St and Nelson St. Please do not park in the Red Barn lot as it is for Red Barn customers only.
Is the studio accessible?
Unfortunately, at the door to the studio there is a step about 6” in height and the door is a standard size. While we can get smaller wheelchairs in, it isn’t ideal at the moment for larger wheelchairs.
How do I know what art level to book?
Please reference my Instagram to get an idea what you are looking for! I try and include art times in my captions. If you’re still unsure, please message me with an inspiration picture.
Pricing
Gel X New Set
$90
New, innovative soft gel nail extensions that soak-off like gel polish. Choose from a variety of shapes and lengths, custom to your liking! If you would like to add art, please add it to your appointment at time of booking.
Gel X Fill
$97
Soak off removal of the previous Gel X set, and a new set. Includes solid colour gel polish. Accent nail colour is okay. If you would like to add art, please add it to your appointment at time of booking.
Hard Gel Fill
$77
Hard gel fill, any lifted product will be removed and product will be made flush to the nail before filling with new product. Includes solid colour gel polish. Accent nail colour is okay. If you would like to add art, please add it to your appointment at time of booking.
Structured Gel Manicure
$65
All gel manicures get a base coat of a soft builder base, which adds structure and shape to the natural nail, helping the nail grow and stay strong. If you have previous polish on, please book the option with polish removal. If you would like to add art, please add it to your appointment at time of booking
Art
$20+
Art is based on time and complexity of the design, starting at $20 and going up from there. If you have a budget, please let me know either through contacting me or in the notes of the appointments when you book.
Policies
Late Policy
If you are up to 15 minutes late, your service will be reduced in time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service with the card on file.
Payment Options
VIsa, AMEX, MasterCard, Debit, and cash are all taken.
Cancellations, Deposits and Refunds
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment to prevent a 50% cancellation fee. If you are rescheduling within 10 days, there will be no fee. Credit cards will be taken at the time of booking through Square to protect the service cost. If you wish to book but do not have a credit card, an e-transfer deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking and the amount will go towards your appointment. Please message me for this option with the dates, times and services you would like. Refunds are not offered.
Safe Space
Vamp Salon and Neo Nailz is a safe space for all genders, races, sexualities, religions, and professions. Any hate speech or derogatory language will not be tolerated.
Repairs
Any repairs needed within the first 7 days of service will not be charged. Work over 7 days done by Neo Nailz, will be charged $10 per nail. Repairs fixing other techs work will be $15 per nail.
